Whether it’s a weeknight meal or an elaborate romantic undertaking, Varanese will provide one of the tastiest menus in Louisville. If the chance allows, try to make it to one of their monthly wine or spirit pairing dinners. Phenomenal!
RecommendedWe have always had great food at all of the Varanese restaurants, but the original is my favorite. If you haven't done a theme night at Varanese, you are missing out. The Ghosts of Bourbons Past was a spectacular anniversary dinner.

RecommendedMy wife and I had an anniversary dinner her a few years ago and it was magnificent! Pork chops were some of the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The bourbon flights are very tasty, and the staff is extremely helpful and hospitable. I would love to go back.
