My salesman Art was very informative and not pushy. Spent over an hour driving highways and neighborhoods.
Never got a truck bought,but very good service.
Negative 5 stars. Complete bait and switch. Truck was not available at that price and the dealership blamed you for the “mistake”. Shady, dishonest, borderline criminal. There was an ad on CarGurus at Vara Chevrolet. It’s was a 2019 Chevrolet listed for $27,900. When I got there, they told me that was a mistake and it was actually $35,000. They blamed CarGurus for the error
My experience at vara Chevrolet was terrible the truck was in bad shape and the salesman kept trying to push off an expensive truck on me. The sales manager laughed at me when I told him I wasn’t interested in the truck and made me feel like crap so I wouldn’t buy anything from them

They said whatever they had to get me to the dealership. They said the General Manager wanted to speak to me personally. That was a lie! Never even stepped out of his office to say hello. They couldn't even find the trucks that I was interested in seeing. Don't waste your time there.
