Called a couple of times...then said he was going on vacation, did not hear from salesman again
Contacted dealer through Cargurus and got a quick response, Makenzie called me and gave me a run sheet with total cost and numbers, I gave that to the bank and they bank approved and gave me the drafting information. I was able to look at the car the next day and purchased the vehicle. The process was so good that I was not even able to haggle for the car!
Very responsive through email, didn’t check the vehicle out due to not having accessory I wanted.

Asked the sales staff multiple times for actual pictures of the vehicle. They wouldn’t send pics of the actual truck. Then After speaking to customer service and let them know my dilemma. The sales staff wouldn’t respond back at all.
