Over all beautiful home. Take aways: •Repairs done pre-sale were quick fixes on the builders part. See bent hinge on the hardware. There are several along with one popping totally out. •Oven doesn’t work at all. New appliance already not working? They took all the information as well so I can’t have the manufacturer company fix it under warranty and the builder, who is to be named(?) is hanging us out to dry. •The bathroom tile is already cracking down the middle of the bathroom to soon be a sharps hazard…very suspicious to ... read more

Their properties are owned by slum lords. They do not do any repairs on the building we are in. The whole shopping center is falling apart. Requested lights in back alley almost 2 years ago and still nothing. It’s so run down it’s sad.
