RecommendedI have been vaping for a couple of years now and have hopped back and forth to any vape store I could find that had what I needed. Since being recommended to vapor haus I haven’t gone anywhere else! They are very knowledgeable, always have what I need in stock, I love that you accrue points for saving money and my favorite part is the juice bar to try all of the great flavors and find something new. Definitely won’t be going to any other vape shop again. You guys rock!
I'm not sure if dude was having a bad day or what but we came on a Saturday afternoon and our experience was extremely unsatisfactory. We took our business to the location on Airway in Riverside and Tynan was not only pleasant and helpful but he also gave us a nice discount since we had so much trouble at the other store!
I’d like to say I got exceptional customer service from Will at the Watervaliet store. He went above and beyond. This store never lets me down. Every person goes out of their way to help me. I drive across town to shop there.

Went to get a new vape because mine broke and the staff was very knowledgeable. They make you feel like family and show you how the vape works. They also have a huge selection of E-Juice. I went to the Dayton location on Airway
Awesome service, wide selection of juice and coils and Great prices. My husband and I use super tank coils and those are hard to find. Its especially hard to get into a lot of places with a semi. I was excited that we could get into the parking. I would definitely be back if I’m ever in the area again
I’ve visited your Kettering location 5x in the last week. Your staff make it such a great place to go to relax and unwind, at the end of long and busy day. I’m especially thankful for Kati teaching me how to properly care for my device. You have the most attentive staff I have ever seen in customer service. It all truly feels genuine. Keep going like this and you’ll easily expand to overtake your competitors!
