I have been to their shops before, but I wanted to highlight my experience with their online ordering. I ordered a kit for my partner and I (I got the Smok Nova 2 kit). When the package came (I ordered delivery to my house), I got everything but my Smok kit, just a few pods for the device. After calling the distribution center (as instructed by an employee from one of their locations), I was able to get a new kit shipped, and even got one-day shipping for it. I'm very happy with how everything resolved! :)
