went there this weekend....I am not extremely familiar with the products I bought one around 3 years ago so it was new to me. the ppl working helped me pick the vape for me and she was super patient while I picked those and my flavors I will be going back on my birthday next week for more flavors!
I have gone to this vapor haus for several years. I have always found the service great. Last week I needed a new mod. The staff recommended one with only 1 battery and assured me it would still last most of the day. I’m a moderate vaper and don’t Vape much during the day at work. I used new batteries and it only lasted about 3 hours. I tried lowering the watts, exchanged batteries. No improvement. I didn’t want a refund, just an exchange for a mod with 2 batteries.
