They sent me a vape with a cracked mouthpiece , which prevents it from heating because it’s a dry vape. I’ve been getting the runaround ever since. This place is a nightmare. Apparently this is a commonplace problem from reading reviews. Please do yourselves a favor and RUN NOT WALK away from this “business” before it’s too late!
Sent me a defective item and have been 12 days getting the run around. They will not stand behind what they sell. Customer service is terrible.
Ordered from website, they sent me the wrong product and customer service was terrible and uninterested in making anything right. Plenty of options out there...I would suggest going with a different one.
