Beware of this company. They do not keep their inventory up to date and if you order several items they will not inform you that some of your items are not in stock even though the website list them as in stock. Worse yet, they will ship your order short and not even inform you of the shortage until after your order ships giving you no chance to change or cancel your order. I should have paid closer attention to all the bad reviews this place gets before ordering from them. Run away as fast as you can from this business.
I strongly advise against making any purchases from this establishment. I have personally experienced significant issues with their payment processing system, resulting in repeated unauthorized charges on my credit card from almost a year ago from previous purchases. What is even more concerning is that these charges occurred while I was not even present in the state where the establishment is located. The worst. Broken pipe, I gave up after 9 unanswered emails. So, I called. They had me make a video of the bad pipe to blow me off. I made the video. They can't see the video on youtube, They can't see the video they downloaded 48 hours ago They can't see the links in my email. They can't see the video on Streamable They can't see the video on Google. Finally they agreed to give me my money back after a few long calls and a ton of emails. Run, don't walk away.
I seldom award any company 5 stars. To me, 5 stars equals excellent and it take a lot to be excellent. Well, congrats VapePenSales - you earned that title with me. Have been a long-time buyer, never an issue, except today. I went cheap and bought a couple of the lowest prices pens I could and they weren't working BUT after a 5 minute call, I'm good to go. Reliable, honest, fair prices and excellent customer service. #true
Hi, I placed an order with them, I got a wrong item, a lot cheaper than the one I bought. Customer service doesn't exist and it was impossible to return it or even asking for a partial refund. Stay away from this site.
The shipped order to the wrong address. (The right address was on the order). Made me open up a ticket with USPS to find out why the package wasnt delivered as tracking said. USPS confirmed the address they shipped to (not my address). Took days for VPS to get back to me. Supposedly they reshipped now, but it took 2 weeks of me badgering them to get resolution on a problem they caused. Rob Rob After reviewing the complete case, listening to all calls, and reviewing all pictures you have sent I have determined the following: 1) Your product was not defective upon receipt as you currently claim as the pictures you sent us clearly show indication of heavy use. 2) The issue: cracked mouthpiece seems to have resulted from dropping the item. Update: I have received defective product not once, not twice, but three times. The first time I received a cracked mouthpiece. The second time I received a vape with the magnets that are supposed to hold the mouthpiece to the battery. Obviously that couldn’t do its job since the magnets can’t connect due to their reversed.
