Loved my experience with Van Vets! My sweet baby Jasper is an anxious cat and has had negative experiences with the vet in the past. I found Van Vets and was pleasantly surprised with how efficient and easy the whole process was. He didn’t seem stressed at all! 10/10 would recommend using them!
I love Vanvets! They are super responsive and my dogs love them. Some vets are scared of my big rotties but this team loves them and knows they are just big love bugs. They’ve helped with one who has constant ear infections and helped get his allergies under control. We’ve used them for vaccines too, which helps so my one dog who is nervous out of the house. I 100% recommend because they are a wonderful group.
EDIT - Upgrading to 5 Stars. They responded to quickly to my complaint and concerns. We talked through the charges, where this miscommunication was and they made it right for me. I will use them again in the future. The Vet techs who came to the house were prompt, kind and good with the animals. 5 Stars on that. Two stars overall because the pricing is a little deceptive.
