I am a current tenant who lives in one of the properties that they manage I have been with out heat since Thanksgiving eve and have not been offered any heaters and I have a 9 month old baby living in my house. The property manager was suppose to contact me by close of business today and never called me back. I hope she is warm because me and my family are cold. I pay my rent on time I hope the owner sees this review.
Horrible, horrible, horrible this is the worst company or should I say one person in this company is the worse to try and rent from. I applied for a place with this company and SELENA or should I say Ms. Rude above Rude is a absolute joke. How can you say you did the complete rental application process when you called me back in less then 4 minutes I didn't even get past the light of the building complex. A very good and personable management company. We were with them for seven years. I recommend them highly.
Horrible..this company has only one interest and that is for the home owner..they are unprofessional and extremely rude to their tenants..I will be reporting property manager Selena to human rights and consumer affairs..don't rent from them!
