I had such a great experience working with VP roofing. Branden and Bryan went above and beyond helping me understand how everything worked. They worked great with my insurance company and were very knowledgeable. If I had questions they called or text me back in a reasonable time. They never made me feel pressured and allowed me the time I needed to feel good about moving forward getting my roof re-shingled. I highly recommend VP Roofing.
I called after the recent wind storm to ask for help with my roof, and almost before I put the phone down, they were at my front door! I’m so impressed!
Their communication was abysmal until I left a reveiw. They did call back and were apologetic. Once the red tape cleared things have moved quickly. I'm hopeful once the roof is on I'll give them all the stars. Hopefully it was a communication problem they resolved.
