VP roofing did a great job on our roof. Braden knocked on our door and told us we could get a new roof through insurance if we qualified. They made the process easy and got us a nice new roof. Danny was very responsive and helpful through the entire process.
Reached out to this company over a month ago. They came out and looked at our property- never heard back from them. Called a handful of times and he said he needed to come back out and walk it. Haven’t heard from them since. The communication with them has been awful.
I wish our experience would've been as wonderful as most of these reviews. We had a small job and it was done to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, the communication and overall service leading up to completion was less than stellar.
Excellent experience with Kris & VP Roofing. They were very professional and made the whole process easy, working directly with the adjuster and my insurance. Communication was clear and timely, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend VP Roofing!
