Reached out to this company over a month ago. They came out and looked at our property- never heard back from them. Called a handful of times and he said he needed to come back out and walk it. Haven’t heard from them since. The communication with them has been awful.
I wish our experience would've been as wonderful as most of these reviews. We had a small job and it was done to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, the communication and overall service leading up to completion was less than stellar.
Excellent experience with Kris & VP Roofing. They were very professional and made the whole process easy, working directly with the adjuster and my insurance. Communication was clear and timely, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend VP Roofing!
An employee drove directly to my house- not a nearby jobsite or anything. They ignored 5 separate no soliciting signs and still knock and rang the doorbell. If you can't be trusted to read and simply be respectful at a minimum , you probably aren't trustworthy enough to touch a roof.
vproofing came to my house after a severe wind storm that lasted 2 days and damaged our roof. Braden and Danny followed through with the insurance inspector and explained the entire process to us. After the insurance approved our claim they supervised their crews and made sure everything was professionally done.
