Very grateful for the folks at VP roofing for helping me replace my roof. Joshua made the process straight forward and was proactive in helping me with any problems that arose. I’d highly recommend VP roofing to anyone who needs their services.
They were all so nice and they did a great job with my roof and my gutters!! I would recommend them to family and friends. Also shout out to Spencer he was beyond helpful and if he didn't know he would find out and always got right back to me. These guys got your back when your doing all of this stuff they did the insurance work for me.thanks to all of you for your hard work I am very satisfied.
It took 6 months to get my roof done. There was zero communication from them, the only person I talked with more than once was a salesman. The Foreman came to my house one time, I didn’t even see him when the roof was being done. They will call you if they want money other than that no communication from them. Roofing nails all over my yard, their gas powered air compressor burned my grass.
Their communication was abysmal until I left a reveiw. They did call back and were apologetic. Once the red tape cleared things have moved quickly. I'm hopeful once the roof is on I'll give them all the stars. Hopefully it was a communication problem they resolved. Edited.. The insurance covered it as promised. The work was spectacular.
