Every place has positives and negatives, but overall, I will give this place a good positive. Great location, excellent staff, decent upkeep. Community is friendly and very welcoming to animals.
I have enjoyed living at Vantage Point Apartments and appreciate all the staff members for showing follow through and good communication. The place is located next to the River Trail and the courtyards are a nice amenity.
This place is terrible they have major mold and water leaks I have a friend that developed Respiratory problems and the children did also because of the major mold problems and major repairs its not worth it promise you its not in in a great location but the its not worth it the building is old your bills stay high because of the old wiring .. Do not move there , and the staff is terrible .. Trust and believe if u move there your going to always have problems with your apartment... And they suing them as I speak and the lawy... read more
