Not worth the price - Not maintained well. I have lived at Vantage Med Center for 9 months. Half of the lights in the hall way have been burnt out since I moved in. The hot water is out about 1 day every month for ongoing water leak repairs. There fitness room is good, but the advertised bikes are not available, You have to buy your own bake. The pool is milky because the chlorine is not maintained regularly, and the grill area is just gross.

Don’t come here Management is horrible. They never answer the phone.I have called 20 times at times and not one answered. Even if they answer, it will be we will call you back or inform the responsible person and they never call back. You have to request something 10 times and finally fight with them to have someone call you back. Not recommended for family. The pool is always full. Sometimes up to 5 am. People party. Vantage Med Center is the BEST! No doubt that the Vantage Med Center is the best place to live in Houston ! Everyone is so kind and helpful and the amenities are unbelievable! Great Experience! Vantage was an awesome location to live at, the front desk crew was always kind and attentive. Great for pets, the amenities were always great, especially the hot tub. Overall a great place to live.

RecommendedGreat location! Enjoying safely walking around the park, so relaxing! The infinity pool with the view over the city is just the coolest. Love living here, the apartments with the tall ceilings and the glass walls are the place to live! Always nicest staff around!
Vantage Med center has 3 amazing points. 1. It has very nice view outside. You can see the green park in your rooms. It's very beautiful. 2. It's very clean and modern. Vantage was only built in 2017. It's very new. The whole envirement is very clean and modern. 3. The management team is very professional and very nice. They always offer the residents great support in any cases. I like them. They are friendly and kindly. I lived in Vantage for 1 year. It's a very impressive place.
Vantage is a great place to live...the amenities such as the pool are fantastic & the team members in the leasing office are amazing to work with. I highly recommend Vantage as your new home.
