My daughter and niece worked for this company, for 7 months and based in their sales performances they were promised to be paid a commission rate. In the end, they were each supposed to receive about $40,000. However, their manager / closer continuously lied throughout the summer about what jobs they sold actually sold vs the fallen through ones, along with the percentages they were going to receive off each job. Not a bad company but not a great one. They helped me get where I am today. Average company overall. Definitely to your research regardless of who you sell for. Who manages you will also play a key role in how your experience will be. You want to make sure you get good managers. Every company will tell you they’re the best. There isn’t any shame in shopping around.
Vantage gave my son the tools to recognize things inside himself I’ve seen since he was young. He is rewarded for his efforts and has focused goals. Vantage is good to their team.
The leadership at Vantage is nothing but professional. They care about their employees and give every employee the opportunity to succeed. Overall, the experience I’ve gained at Vantage is irreplaceable and I highly recommend Vantage for anyone considering summer sales.

Greatest company with excellent management, incentives and people. This is my third summer selling for them and I couldn't be more grateful for the financial jump start they have given me. My husband and I both work for them and we have been very impressed. I would never sell for anyone else.
