Not a bad company but not a great one. They helped me get where I am today. Average company overall. Definitely to your research regardless of who you sell for. Who manages you will also play a key role in how your experience will be. You want to make sure you get good managers. Every company will tell you they’re the best. There isn’t any shame in shopping around.
Vantage gave my son the tools to recognize things inside himself I’ve seen since he was young. He is rewarded for his efforts and has focused goals. Vantage is good to their team.
