Worst experience ever and still dealing with it. Thursday April 9th, my daughter hurt her foot at school, spent all of Thursday into Friday the 10th in the ER. The ER (Sharon Pa) supposedly didn't have any casts.. she needs the boot type. They gave her crutches and said call her doctor. Friday the 10th she seen her doctor at 10am, the Doctor gave her a referral to a orthopedic surgeon. Mind you there's no where local, and no appointments til the 20th... But back to Vantage. Jeff was great! Brought our 2 replacement concentrator and portable tanks with the carrying case. He showed and set up everything. This was the best service we have ever had.
It takes forever to be able to talk to a real person.
The worse place for anything. I needed a new breathing machine. Mine broke. The company I got it from closed down. So my doctor sent Vantage a prescription to get me one. The needed a PA so my doctor did that. Then I was still denied. Plus they never updated anything my doctor sent. I had to call my upmc for you for help. My insurance company went through hell with Vantage also. This took a month it’s crazy then vantage needed a written letter stating my insurance would pay for it. It was mad crazy!
