This was my first eye exam ever and I had a great experience. Dr Bernardino introduced himself appropriately and explained the eye exam process every step of the way. Front and back office was friendly as well.

I was a new client at Vantage Eye Cent and got my appointment time missed up by fifteen minutes. I am not sure if that is why Dr. Michael Neunzig was so rude and had no customer service. During the office visit I turned my head the wrong way and he made a comment "like can't you listen" and said different comment through the session. I am almost walked and should have but I just sat there. He made me very uncomfortable. All the other staff members where very helpful. This office was recommended by a couple of my friends. When I considered lasik surgery I was very skeptical of many doctors that pushed this high-profit procedure. Dr. Jones put all my worries to rest! He's very professional, answered all my questions, and thoroughly explained all the risks of the surgery for MY situation. The entire staff in Salinas and Ryan Ranch took great care of me!
