If I could give zero stars, I would. Vantage Community Management keeps raising rates while delivering less and less in return. Customer service has gone from bad to worse--now you can't even reach a real person on the phone. It's a complete black hole of communication. For the amount they charge, the service is absolutely unacceptable. I genuinely wish my HOA would switch to a more competent and responsive company. Vantage is doing the bare minimum--if that.
