Never answers your questions. Instead you get a passive aggressive response. And that’s if you even get a response. Information given is often incomplete and at the last minute. Accounting is confusing and often incorrect. Vendors used are sloppy and rarely fix things correctly the first time. Never takes responsibility for anything.
This agency is not customer friendly and it seems like we need to chased after then to have anyone reaching back. I am a home owner and information is not pushed out of any changes. After leaving a multiple phone messages I have not gotten a call back until I have emailed them. Very disappointed
Non responsive and condescending when they finally do provide requested information in dribs and drabs. Terrible.
If you need a legitimate company I would look elseware. Extremely long response times and very unwilling to create accountability in a community. Always willing to do the bare minimum to collect a check. When it comes to your community and neighbors no one can afford to hire this mistake. Save yourself the headache.
Vantage is awesome! People need to remember that every business has designated hours, and when you call after hours, you may not get an immediate reply…it’s not rocket science… (sigh)
