RecommendedGreat customer service, clean, and professional.
Management is absolutely terrible. Our A/C went out FOUR times in the dead heat of summer and they never fixed it. You can definitely find a better place than this crap hole for the insane prices. And just for them not to fix anything!

There are SO many things that need to be worked on at this complex! the management is HORRIBLE. Maintenance wouldn't fix the fence was told to get an electric fence. if they wanted to place an electric fence, they should purchase one, not the residents. maintenance should have listed when told to put the lock back on the gate when so that dogs WOULD NOT get out & "put harm on others" they literally are well behaved dogs and people need to get off their high horses. Vantage has billed my father almost 3000 dollars for breaking his lease because he died. Please have your "leadership" call me to discuss this outrage.
Joel is honestly the most down to earth person I could have ever come in contact with ! Probably the best customer service there is to offer way to go for having him on staff kudos!
I've lived here for just over 2 months and am so impressed by the friendly community, service and peaceful environment the staff maintains here. The extra steps they take make it a real treat to live here. ;)
