always took my truck there, always been happy. Today not so much they wouldn't remove the skidplate because of rusty bolts. I took them off at home in less than 10 minutes. If I have to remove my own skid plate I might just as well change my own oil and save money. charging over a 100 buck now for a oil change.
This place is a rip off. They pay 6 bucks or less for the airfilters they sell for 40 bucks
Terrible ethics all the way around. Damaged my cars skid plate and the district manager won't contact me. Talked to a manager 2 weekends in a row stating they would pass it on to the district manager. Called today and they acknowledged who i was and said," yep. He said he tried to call you but you didn't return the call." After telling him it was bs, that I didn't get any calls, he said," oh okay." Told him I was putting a bad review and to remove me.
