Needed new A/C. They carry Daikin brand. They are solid and are compatible with my furnace. Van’s was recommended by the manufacturer. Excellent sales and service/installation experience. 10/10
We called Van’s when our AC wasn’t cooling and the temps were rising above 90 degrees! They scheduled a service call and sent a technician later that morning. Dann made an assessment of what wasn’t working (no power) and provided some easy maintenance very efficiently and fixed the problem. Our technician/expert, Shi was prompt and on time. He gave us a call on his way, and arrived ready to solve our air conditioning issue. With it being the 4th of July and in the 90's for temps, our tech was able to give us a temporary fix until we can fix the main leak issue in our AC unit. Unfortunately, our fix may be extensive and on the higher end cost-wise to fix. But all of our interactions were pleasant with the staff/crew! Would recommended.
Technician was great, very knowledgeable and thorough in fixing our AC and getting us back up and running.
