I attempted to reach out to them via my preferred method of email, as I was unable to take phone calls during the day. Unfortunately, they were insistent on calling me regardless. Consequently, I will be going with a different company. I genuinely wish that more companies realized that customers aren’t always available for phone calls, especially for individuals who lack the schedule flexibility to accommodate daytime calls.
