I've been coming here for literally years - never caused an issue, always tip. Today I came in for a cut, sat down to wait my turn, waited about forty minutes, no big deal. But then, they let not one, but two people who had just walked in immediately skip the line and both got the next cuts. I walked out and will never walk back in - you'd think years of being a customer would at least earn you the right not get skipped in line.
