It smelled of sewage and the place has not been cleaned in a while. I went in to get my acrylic nails taken off and she didn’t soak them. She just started ripping them off. I could have done that at home. She was talking to someone on the phone yelling at them. Will never be back.
Staff is rude and their hours of operation are never accurate. The only reason I come here is to see Shara for my eyebrows.
The girl who did my pedi went at them with the file like a hacksaw- it hurt SO bad. There was nothing gentle or relaxing about this, and she drew blood on my big toe. It was rushed, the water was cold, and I was with 3 friends who had pretty much the same experience. I am not from this area, only visiting, but I would NOT recommend this place for a “spa” pedicure at all. Very disappointing for a night out with friends.
I don't say this lightly, but this by far was the worst pedicure I've ever had. Clipped my nails down to the quip and proceeded to file, which was painful to the point I had to tell her to stop. The tools were NOT disinfected. The nail tech used the same tools on me and my girlfriend's feet interchangeably, so I am sure this is a common practice. The entire experience was awful and not worth the money. Will not be going back.
Just got a basic pedicure. Opted out of the massage. Paid $38 when menu price said $35 Manicurist acted annoyed and preoccupied. She used brown paper towels as toe separators. And once my nails were painted and I paid her she walked away and literally left the building. Leaving me 9 months pregnant) she told me to sit for 5-10 minutes. Luckily I finally got the attention of someone in the back room who kindly helped me put my sandals on without messing up my new polish.
