I went there for a pain in one foot. Dr campbell said it was planters... (not everything is planters). Talked me into new orthodics for my shoes and a cheesy piece of plastic(for 65 dollars, not covered by ins.) to stretch my muscles with, this will fix the planters... nope, wasted that money. Ok great but I don't believe I have planters. I have been stretching so much and so often I now have issues with my ankle being sore from trying to stretch. Do not go here! Vann Ortho told me I needed an ankle brace that my insurance covered the cost. Two months later I received a bill for $138.78!!!!!!! For the ankle brace I could have purchased elsewhere for much less. I contacted their billing department (a man) informing I would make a $20 payment but I was waiting for my FSA card to arrive. The billing department never processed the payment and sent this bill to collections. The same Billing agent was argumentative and obtuse when I called 3/17/25 at 4:30pm. So over this place been going there for about a year. The doctor will look at you for all of two minutes and send you on your way. I was issued a walking boot and they never told me it was not covered under my insurance. All they want is money, money……I will be looking for a new place to go for 2025.

I recently received a bill for $50 from "Vann VA Center," a name I didn’t recognize. With so many scams circulating, I decided to call the number listed. When someone answered, I explained that I received a $50 bill but had no idea who they were. The person on the phone mentioned "Atlantic Orthopedics" and claimed it was a no-show fee for an appointment on December 2nd.
