I went there for a pain in one foot. Dr campbell said it was planters... (not everything is planters). Talked me into new orthodics for my shoes and a cheesy piece of plastic(for 65 dollars, not covered by ins.) to stretch my muscles with, this will fix the planters... nope, wasted that money. Do not go here! Vann Ortho told me I needed an ankle brace that my insurance covered the cost. Two months later I received a bill for $138.78!!!!!!! For the ankle brace I could have purchased elsewhere for much less. I contacted their billing department (a man) informing I would make a $20 payment but I was waiting for my FSA card to arrive. So over this place been going there for about a year. The doctor will look at you for all of two minutes and send you on your way. I was issued a walking boot and they never told me it was not covered under my insurance. All they want is money, money……I will be looking for a new place to go for 2025.
I recently received a bill for $50 from "Vann VA Center," a name I didn’t recognize. With so many scams circulating, I decided to call the number listed. When someone answered, I explained that I received a $50 bill but had no idea who they were. The person on the phone mentioned "Atlantic Orthopedics" and claimed it was a no-show fee for an appointment on December 2nd.
