Van Matre Buick GMC Cadillac is a fantastic dealership. I was in the market for a new car and contacted Josh Puckett to schedule a test drive. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I wound up purchasing a 2014 Chevy Sonic, and I couldn't be happier! I bought the car on March 10th, and today (March 14th) Josh called me to make sure everything was going alright and I was happy. Fantastic customer service!
Josh Puckett was professional and excellent to deal with. It was the easiest buying experience with a car that we ever experienced. Highly recommend. We settled on a price on Friday and Saturday walked in and out within the hour with our vehicle.
It was 2 days before they sent me pics although the salesman said he would have them to me that day. This is ridiculous in this day of cameras that take beautiful pictures. I will cross that dealership off my list, thank you.
Dealer contacted me quickly, but after my second response to them with questions. I got nothing back.

The sales person lied to us, insulted us, and when we got there, they had the wrong vehicle for us to test drive. He didn't even try to work with us. They wouldn't even consider coming off the sticker price and tried to lowball us on the price of our vehicle. Which happen to be a 2012 Cadilac CTS loaded with 21000 miles and it was paid for. Then he suggested to my wife he could put us in a Acada vehicle. If we had wanted an Acada, we would have asked for one. We were there to purchase a new Yukon Denali.
