Made a nail appointment down the road for my wedding nails and they weren’t even open so I found this place and they accepted me as a walk in. Mai and Kaila did an amazing job on my acrylic full set and toes! They were so welcoming and nice as well!
Had not been here in a couple of years. Thought I'd give it another try. Very unsatisfied with my pedicure. I spoke to the manager on the way out told him my polish looked terrible. He had a another girl fix it. She only fixed the big toes. But she was very sweet and shouldn't have had to fix the other girls mistakes. So I gave her a tip. Never again ! I came in for a soak off because I was unable to go to my regular nail salon and this place was terrible. The woman who did my soak off wanted to pop them off with a fake nail saying it takes too long while I literally telling her that I want and prefer an actual soak off. After her third attempt at it I finally had to hard insist on the soak off. She put paper towel in the bowel of acetone trying to rush the process for what I don’t know because the place was empty. Stepped out of my comfort zone and got something totally opposite of my usual. Mai did such a great job. My daughter looks forward to getting her nails done by her soon and I will definitely be back.
