Truly believe they should invest in new nail techs or provide classes for the nail techs they have..everyone there has been there for a while and you can tell they have settled and not willing to advance in their work..nails look bulky..no clean up at all..paint job horrible..for the prices a person pay I do believe better service should be required..I left for a while and decided to give them another try and quickly realized why I gave up on this place.

I was greeted with a very positive attitude and started with a pedicure and full set. The technician was nice at first, though she tried to talk me out of a service I requested(acrylic big toes)Things changed during my full set—my thumbnail was applied crooked, and I had to be firm before it was fixed. After finishing, she hadn’t done the French tip from my reference photo. When I mentioned it, I was told to come back later or pay extra, even though it was part of what I asked for. First and last time there My nails look horrible she was putting so much gel on my fingers until I made her stop when I put my hand in to dry my nails it burnt so bad I took it out my nails look horrible!!!!

From the very first time I walked in they were so genuine! Fantastic service! The next time they REMEMBERED ME! I being in the service industry I appreciate that so much cause it’s not easy to do! I pop in from time to time and they remember. I’ll be bringing my daughter today for her first pedicure! I can’t wait them to make her feel so special!
