I went to Leti today for a Brazilian wax and let me tell you, she was absolutely amazing!!! This was my second wax in n a very long time and i also have a lot of very thick course hair down there. She was so incredibly gentle and fast. I barely even flinched. When I went home and looked at it, she got every hair!! I will 1000x be back to see her!! This was also my first time meeting her. So polite and happy! And can keep a conversation going. I don’t think there was one awkward silence!
I had a last minute change in my schedule and was so grateful that Leti was ready to step in! From the moment I walked through the door, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She explained each step of her process so I knew exactly what to expect. Her professionalism and calming energy made all the difference. So happy she joined the vanity haus team!
