Vanity Box is the best. Dana is THE hair guru. I walk in and she has free reign. I always have a ton of complimnets after she does my hair!! Love her & the Vanity Box!!

A work of ART! – The ONLY person I trust with my head is the artist, Dana! She is truly exceptional...always 10 steps ahead. Before I even sit in the chair she greets me with a warm hug, refreshing beverage, and game plan for pretty hair! I am so fortunate to have Dana in my life the last 5 years. Each time I leave I am walking on Sunshine! Even if it rains.. Dana walks to me to my car with her umbrella!! The compliments I receive are never ending...Thank you, Thank you, Thank you DANA!
Big Fan! – I've been going to Dana for at least 6 years...I ALWAYS LEAVE HAPPY! I drive from Palm Harbor to Tampa (Hyde Park area) every three and a half weeks (my hair grows FAST) for my appointments and even though it takes me 45 minuters to get there, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Dana is creative, yet listens to what YOU want. She's always on time, positive and obviously enjoys her work. It's always a great experience; pretty hair, good music, relaxing shop...what more could you ask for? Thanks Dana!!
Vanity Box Hair Studio – When I first moved to Tampa, I saw a woman at church with the GREATEST Hair Style! After a few Sundays, I finally had the chance to ask her, "Who does your hair?" Fortunately for me, she was excited to give me Dana's name! I have very difficult hair which has always been a pain!!! NOT ANYMORE!!! For the first time, I now have people asking me about MY hair! Not only is she a fantastic stylist, she's a fantastic person! Just ask any one of her clients!
Even Ringo Starr of The Beatles knows FAB hair – I have been getting my hair done by Dana the owner of Vanity Box Hair Salon for over 15 years!! Dana is an artistic genius with cutting,coloring and styling hair. The Hyde Park salon is beautiful & the service is always top notch. I was at the Ringo Starr concert on 7/13/10 sitting close to the front row when Ringo Starr commented of how great my hair looked...I thought this was worth writing about!!

My FAVORITE Mad HATTER!!! – I have been with Dana for years and started having my husband go to her as well. Well now we are in the midst of separating and we were discussing the divorce arrangements and he pipes up quickly, he gets to keep Dana, I'll have to find someone else. I proclaimed that I was keeping Dana, I went to her first! So needless to say if you have to make arrangements in your divorce decree for the hairstylist, she has got to be good! When it's time for a great cut... – I've been seeing Dana since she first opened the shop and no matter how busy she gets she still makes me feel like her only client. Appointments are mandatory and expect to wait several weeks before either Dana or Robert have an opening. Yet, they make up for it with skill and positive attitude. Decorated with a hip and young vibe, the intimate space never feels pretentious. This is the place to go when you want a major change and need a professional's touch.
