Such a beautiful store with such great gifts.
Such a cute boutique and loved that they had consuela bags. However, I am repulsed by the staff. They definitely need a few trainings on proper customer service skills. I’ve purchased items each time I’ve been in the store and the young girls are noticeably rude to me but go out of their way to be nice to others. Last Friday was the final straw for me. I’d rather drive 2 hours to ruidoso to purchase a consuela bag than be disrespected at Vanaties.
Been shopping here for years and love it! Such unique and nice gifts for everyone. Really sweet staff too!
