horrible customer service and service !!!! i brought in a personalized gold name chain to be fixed because a link in the chain broke, paid around $60 and when i got it back, i didnt even get the chance to wear it because it immediately broke WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF RECEIVING IT. and on top of that, they completely replaced the chain with a completely different length NOT WHAT I WANTED AT ALL!!! they took my gold chain, kept it and gave me a completely different chain that wasnt even the same gold as the name/pendant it came wit... read more
I can't say enough about how wonderful CBC is. Top-notch quality all the way around - the diamonds, the gold, and the customer service. I wear my rings everywhere and now, almost two years later, I've expected there to be some normal dullness or cloudiness from the usual wear and tear but I still get complimented on the radiance and asked if I've just had a cleaning or polishing. The employees were extremely rude! telling my GF and I that they wouldnt buy her ring becausw of the way she looked. That its an insult to him because she was wearing a planet fitness shirt. Then goes and says he wouldnt buy the ring because we probably got it from Mexico. He then says i wouldnt ever buy this ring because look at you! Never going there again nor having anytging great to say about it. and its a problem the owner can have my address and we can talk about it.
