If I could give 0 stars I would. My adult son with autism was seen today in the clinic. She would not allow him to keep me on the phone to help give information. He has issues communicating at times and gets anxious. My son said she had a very uptight demeanor. He had a fever even after taking fever reducing medication and been ill for almost 2 weeks. I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Lokanathan. She has ALWAYS been very professional and caring. She listens to my concerns and patiently explains things to me. I consider myself lucky to be under her care. THANK YOU! Dr. Lokanathan
If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm Pharmacy and a prescription came through without needed information, for a patient. I called their office over the span of 3 DAYS. For the required information. Faxed over 10times. NOTHING. The after hours clinic contact information? Not in Service. My patient care is significantly impacted as we cannot do anything without the required information and this poor patient is going without.
Vanita REALLY listens to you. She is thorough and caring. She makes you feel so comfortable as well. She'd educated, smart and I feel comfortable in her care. She is compassionate when it comes to ALL different types of situations and never makes you feel silly if you're getting something checked that in her eyes probably would CLEARLY be a non issue. This doctor used to be good when I first had her. After a while it felt like I was just going in and getting my pain meds and leaving. I had many issues that have since been dealt with that she never dealt with. I told her I felt she wasn’t doing anything for me and she was pissed and told me to get out of her office. My toddler was about to go in next for his appointment and we had to go. I then got a letter in the mail that the pharmacy laughed at and said “it sounded like she fired you”.
