Shawn is phenomenal. His kind demeanor and professionalism is unmatched. Not only did he make it out same-day to a remote area on a Friday, but he was happy to help us with additional work on the spot. He is also extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everyyyyythiiinngggg to us. Rarely do you get this level of customer service anymore. Pricing was also reasonable and we're just so thankful for his help. We will 100% be recommending him to all of our neighbours and friends.

Vanish was AMAZING!! Came in the middle of the night for an inspection because I found some suspicious bites and started to feel paranoid. The guy listened patiently my concerns, looked at my bites, and asked me for a timeline for possible points of contact. He looked over all the mattresses thoroughly and reassured me that we had no bedbugs. Not to mention, we didn’t have any cash on hand, and he was OK for us to pay the next day. Just a really stellar person. Thank you so much!!

I hired an expensive bedbugs removal company, who claimed they could do it first time, and actually could not after three times. Then I called Vanish. They were reasonably priced and identified the problem immediately: A wooden bed frame. The service person actually helped to move the bed frame out into the alley and did one treatment and everything was fine.
