I called Vanish Pest control to remove a wasp nest from a bathroom ceiling fan vent in the outside wall of my house. They arrived later that same day within the two-hour window they promised. The technician (Sean) phoned me when he was 30 minutes away (as a courtesy) and also asked if I could send a few pics, which I did. When he arrived he cleaned out the vent pipes (there was an old bird's nest in there too!) and sprayed for the wasps. They did a great job removing a hornets nest from inside my drywall. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and price was reasonable. My usual pest control person was not available to come quickly, so I called several companies as the work was urgent and had to be done during the weekend, and they were the only company that actually answered the phone and had someone available to come. I would hire them again if I need pest removal.

Had a massive wasp nest under our cladding dealt with by Shawn. Great, fast customer service, competitive price. I compared 4 local services, Vanish was best on paper and in practice. Will use again, recommend to others.

Shawn is phenomenal. His kind demeanor and professionalism is unmatched. Not only did he make it out same-day to a remote area on a Friday, but he was happy to help us with additional work on the spot. He is also extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everyyyyythiiinngggg to us. Rarely do you get this level of customer service anymore. Pricing was also reasonable and we're just so thankful for his help. We will 100% be recommending him to all of our neighbours and friends.
