This is based on my actual lived experience with Vanilla Sky- we were planning an event and gave Vanilla Sky a deposit to hold our date. Vanilla skies was amazing to work with - we worked with them for my husbands 30th birthday. We had a hiccup with my initial venue and they worked tirelessly to find me a new one that would give me the same vibe / look we were hoping for. The day of the event, the staff was incredibly helpful in bringing our vision to life and Rodney did an amazing job setting it all up. Highly recommend for your next event!
I would never do business with this organization again. The process of booking the walkthrough and contacting Glenn B. was filled with miscommunication, lack of communication, and last minute rescheduling. We scheduled a walkthrough, the organization rescheduled only 3 hours before when we booked the meeting weeks in advance. During our new walkthrough meeting, Glenn was a no show.
