The issues began with the misrepresentation of several terms in my client's contract that were asked to be removed from your facility and given to my company. One of the most significant points of contention is the $550 cork fee you were charging, even though alcohol was not being sold. Me and my sister had our 70th and 60th birthday party at this venue, I'm very disappointed, for you to book this place you need to takeout a mortgage, the place was left nasty the floors was not swep or mop he had my decorator crying, my guests were standing at the door in the rain and cold, he stole 40 minutes from my starting time and didn't give it back to me my guests was waiting for 40 minutes before he let them in I'm advising people to never use vanilla skies, you will be disappointed like I am .
