I really enjoyed the aesthetics of the venue.. it’s a beautiful space with a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, the valet experience took away from an otherwise enjoyable evening. Waiting in line for over 40 minutes to valet my car was frustrating, and having to wait another 30 minutes after the event because my vehicle couldn’t be located was very disappointing. The ambiance of the venue is absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately the level of service did not match the quality of the space. The groom is my cousin, and it was honestly upsetting to see him and my boyfriend having to step in and clean during what should have been one of the happiest days of his life. There was trash left throughout the venue, garbage bins overflowing with food and drinks, and some areas had an unpleasant odor because they weren’t being maintained. I attended a wedding here. The venue itself is beautiful, modern, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. From the moment we arrived, the valet service was a complete mess. There was no valet attendant in sight, forcing my husband and me to pay for parking. Later, I saw one employee trying to manage a long line of waiting vehicles, and another guest told me they waited over 40 minutes to get their car. It was clearly understaffed and poorly organized. I recently attended an event at this venue, and the space itself is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience was impacted by a few issues. The biggest concern was the air conditioning. It either wasn’t working properly or wasn’t on at all, making it hotter inside than it was outside. Many guests, including myself, were sweating and extremely uncomfortable throughout the night. Came to this event for a wedding reception.. Loved the venue and the staff were nice 😊. It was ridiculously hot. From the moment I walked into the venue it was hot. Watched a bag of trash sitting next to my table while we were eating. Overall experience was good.
