Vanhess customer service is beyond amazing! I had bought many of their jewelry to my friends and recently I took a bracelet that had a special sentimental value to me to get it repaired and even though it costs $35 the owner would not charge me for the repair when I picked it up! They are truly exceptional especially nowadays, haven’t seen anything like this before

quick repairs of my broken necklace in one hour. very good service and skills. I tried other places first, It would take them 2 weeks to repair and will charge a bit more.

So glad we stumbled upon this place! Update: After visiting many jewelry places and quoted insane prices, my husband and I got our custom wedding bands here and we couldn’t be happier! The wedding band perfectly matches my unusually shaped engagement ring. We had almost given up finding a nicely fitting wedding band after the original engament ring store closed down and this was the last place we visited. Couldn’t have worked out better, highly recommend Vahness!
