Ive spent over 6k chasing an air leak, still leaking air, its in the shop for a week every time, they keep almost zero parts in stock so half the time is waiting for parts, and then my truck is returned like this pic below. Don't waste your time, if you have a Mack go to cahokia for service. I'll never buy a Mack again because of how terrible the service is. TLG Peterbilt Ofallon will get you right.
For the million time Robert saving us , even we was in different state. Truck won’t start right at entrance to facility , in Charlotte North Carolina, and blocking the entrance. First who I call is Robert , for help , right away he calls Charlotte manager and ask him to help us. Despite they were 30 mi away with morning traffic, they got us back on the road less than 2 hours. Because of Robert and service he provides, we buy Mack twice now , and third time will be Mack. They had my order ready when I got there. The 2 young men at the counter were very nice and helpful.
