very helpful and had the parts in stock.
I called them yesterday about getting a pinion nut tighten up on the backside of the front rear end he told me he couldn't do it yesterday that be there at 7 in the morning and they would get me right out very simple job there was a little confusion because the other Volvo dealer didn't tighten the nut up 9 hours to get a 45-minute job then first they wanted to try and charge $518 to put a seal in and put a nut on the other Volvo dealership refuse to pay that amount I don't blame them highway robbery but still I was there al... read more

I got hit by one of your trucks. The driver at the time did not provide a proper company name or proper insurance information. I have tried your forest park branch to get more information several times. They kept on sending me the voicemail and no one could help me.... Bad business practice
Need to offer better service. Very slow and negligent. TRuck been in there for over 3 weeks. Not even final estimate-quote ready.
