Dr Banich’s post-care is certainly one star. All he wanted to do was get out of the room. He said the aide will give me all the post-surgery care info I need and then walked out. The aide handed me a sheet of paper and shrugged her shoulders. During our next appointment, I had several questions about the results. I was talked down to and given weak and manipulative answers. Dr Ryan Lawrence is the perfect doctor. Provides just the right amount of information. Explained the options and why they picked the final choice. Explained how the procedure would be conducted. It was then performed in a quick, efficient manner (and didn’t hurt much!). Wonderful personality. My new dermatologist that I recommend. I have had a few over the last 30 years. Completely trust his judgment.
Dr Vaudreuil gave the worst annual total body skin exam I have had in 20+ years. Vanguard has a webpage on what to expect for body exams. Dr Vaudreuil did 10% of what is listed, lasted 5 minutes, and asked zero questions. Also he missed a Basal cell cancer high on my neck, clearly visible while wearing my shirt. That bump had bothered me for 6-8 months but Dr Vaudreuil got me so upset and I forgot to mention it. I have lots of choices for dermatology & that’s a blessing. This office sends patients away for being 10 minutes late & does not mind losing patience. They must be charging a lot of money to be able to afford to lose patients. It was a blessing I was late. I now have a doctor closer to my house & don’t need to drive 45 minutes.
