I toured a home in Brighton with my roommate. It was a beautiful home and we loved it cut them a check right then and there. If you call, stay away from Margarita My friends had a good experience with another realtor there (Lauren, I believe), but my experience with Margarita was less than stellar. And by less than stellar, I mean awful. Margarita was chronically late. She set up an appointment without my approval, then got upset when I told her I couldnt make it.
