We used this company for 3+ years and paid in full for each year. The spiders were really bad at our house and I was bit a couple of times so we decided to call another company since their product didn't seem to be working and because they never contacted us to renew or continue services. Last week I received a bill that they had come out without a contract, text or phone call. The told us we have to opt out of service so we were stuck paying for a service that was not authorized.

We hired this company for pest control with our franchise food business, and all was well until summer came. I now have continuous problems with flies outside the restaurant, and that leads to more inside than is acceptable. Vanguard came out an extra time recently to put out extra product to deal with this problem, and just days later it was worse. Filled out the form on their website to request a quote. Over a week and I have not been contacted. Considering that I might need to get in touch with them someday for an urgent pest issue, and other reviews stating that they don't answer their phone, I decided to go with a different company.
