I absolutely love this apartment community . I just recently toured the complex and the staff made me feel very welcome . Gorgeous place .
Great area, extremely well maintained, friendly staff and management was very accommodating.
The property has some cool features. The tv in the bathroom mirror and Nest thermostat are nice touches. There is a pool area and a second courtyard with a little waterfall/fountain. However, if you have a pet, please know there is a dog poo problem. The offending tenants are not disincentivized as there are no fines or cameras to help catch them. My relocation to St. Louis has been a little complex due to my hectic schedule but Christa and Julie have been nothing short of amazing! They were extremely patient and accommodating; Thank you ladies! Love my new place - fantastic amenities, great location, awesome staff, and Starbucks is just an elevator ride away �
I recently relocated from Texas to Missouri, when I initially toured the property I immediately thought Vanguard Heights was a place I could call "home". It's a well designed, higher end complex with a friendly environment. The girls at the office do an awesome job of putting together socials like brunches, happy hours, and different fitness classes. The residents have been very welcoming and inclusive
