My parents are doctors and so is my sister. I know how a clinic should be run. VANGUARD DERMATOLOGY NEEDS TO BE AVOIDED For the following reasons. After booking a (telecommunication) online visit, the Physician didn’t show up. When I called to check in on the physician I was to to just wait, which went on for an hour still not seeing the physician. I have heard back from them since. I also called over to refill a prescription and was told to wait after speaking to the physician and a week later I’m still without either. After putting me on hold to make an appt for almost 26 minutes my call was sent to VM that was full!!! I will NEVER give them my business. How can you trust your health to a company that doesn’t even know how to route calls???
Vanguard blood tests, no response from doctor, very upset and my son is sitting waiting to here from Vanguard no response

I went there 2 weeks ago and surprisingly there's no wait at all. (Maybe because I was the last patient.) The MA was nice while she did the assessment for me. I saw Shannen the PA for my hand eczema and sunburn. She's very caring and knowledgeable. She really has a heart for her patients. Thanks to her, my eczema's almost cured, although I do missed seeing her. I would say making appointments in the last hour is better.
Please Don’t Ever go there!!! Dr.Roman is an animal who came to America to make money on sick people without any help. He ‘s unprofessional, rude and without any medical knowledge at all! He prescribes medicine without knowing what’s the illness patient has.
Extremely impressed with Dr Michael Shapiro! Going thru a number of Mohs surgeries to remove Basil Cell carcinoma! Highly recommend Vanguard! 5 stars!
Dr. Shapiro is just who you need if you have melanoma and strange growths/cysts. You'll have to wait but it's well worth it.
