Felt too rushed. Poor service. Waste of time and now he recommends I need unnecessary service. This is not my first encounter, but third. I'd just thought maybe I needed to give them a chance but, no. I'll take my business elsewhere.
The receptionist is super great and the female assistant, but I don't like the male dentist. He works too fast, and doesn't explain what he's doing or about to do. The next thing you know, he's already working on your mouth without any heads up and when he's done, he just walks out. He doesn't explain what he did or how you will feel after or what to do after?
Office is nice staff is friendly however this place has its flaws. Went in for a cleaning and after some x-rays they recommended deep cleaning and filling. Went in for my 2nd appointment and got my bill for the 1st appointment which my insurance was charge for cleaning (which they didn't do). I ended up having a deep cleaning which was not thoroughly done, and felt like it was really rush. I was done with this place forgave them for all the wrongs and decided to go to a new dentist.
