Update 4/9/24: I got a Keratin Express treatment with Vanessa in March 2024 and the results have been wonderful. I have thin wavy hair that frizzes terribly and the treatment has left my hair soft and straight. The process took about 3hrs, and only required going 24hrs without washing. I recently went on vacation and my hair stayed put, and didn't not frizz in the rain - I have never experienced this before :) 10/10, highly recommended!
