I have been waiting months to see Dr. Crowe. My appointment is now 11 days away and I get a text message cancelation with a note to call to get a new appointment. I have had sudden onset of hearing loss and have been counting on this appointment. Her office did not even give me the courtesy of a phone call. I'm so disappointed.
