She's been good doctor for me for 2 years, however third year I didn't go to this doctor and cancell appoinment, they said they terminated me as patient because not follow yearly check in. So upset. They also accept no insurance with lower price.

My appointment with Dr. Vanessa Ho left me feeling disappointed and disrespected. She carried herself with an aloof, almost dismissive attitude that made it difficult to feel heard or valued. There was no sense of care or connection—just a rushed, impersonal interaction that felt more like a transaction than a medical consultation.

My experience with Dr. Vanessa Ho was deeply disappointing and frankly, unacceptable. I had scheduled the earliest possible appointment at 8:00 AM, knowing I had to be at work by 9:00 AM. Despite this effort to plan ahead, I was left waiting for nearly an hour before being seen.
