I have been reticent to add to the chorus of negative reviews for Dr. Ho as I've been a loyal patient for more than 15 years but I am actually disappointed to the point of publicly voicing my concerns with regard to her staff. They did not acknowledge me as a patient, saying I've never been to her office, despite confirming with my former insurance that that is not the case and 4 family members being current patients with her office. She gives me Hope
She's been good doctor for me for 2 years, however third year I didn't go to this doctor and cancell appoinment, they said they terminated me as patient because not follow yearly check in. So upset. They also accept no insurance with lower price.
