I give them zero stars (but won’t post unless you give one star) the worst office staff and Dr unable to complete EDD forms it took five months, five trips to the office and harassment from her staff before I received the forms. I paid $25 to be treated like a yo-yo anyone would be angry. If you want a doctor’s office that never answers the phone and doesn’t call you back. Dr. Ho has ben my doctor for a number of years. She is great. I can always get what I need.
Been going to this doctor for many years and was just notified she no longer wants to provide care because of a missed follow up without even asking what the situation was. I called to cancel and reschedule and her staff never answers phone calls so I left a message with the operators but her front desk never called me back. When Ben worked at this office he was awesome and always very caring and would follow up with patients.
