I am beyond delighted with the cordial and timely service of Carol Chu from Vanessa Bridals. On a whim and out of desperation from terrible treatment at David's Bridal, I called Vanessa Bridals nearly at closing time to see if she would help with my problem. Carol kept the boutique open and waited for me. I needed a bit of advice on a gown I stupidly purchased online. She was gracious and helpful with no expectation of compensation.
