Vanessa is positively amazing! If you are looking for a therapist look no further. She is knowledgeable and understanding, and has many methods available to help you better cope and manage.
She was very calming and listened intensely. She did not just spout out what you need to do or change. She guides you through questions directly related to what you are saying. Her approach led me to the realization of how I felt and what might help improve things instead of telling me what my problem was then telling me what I needed to do. I would actually leave feeling accomplished, as if I had identified my own issue/s and chosen the most appropriate treatment for my specific case.
