I found Vanes Nail Creations online and visited her for my first appointment on 4/2. I have to say I’m underwhelmed with her service. For it to be my first appointment, she was not very welcoming, not very helpful in contributing to ideas for my nails when I asked her questions, and generally seemed like she did not want to be there. Perhaps she was having an off day but when you work in customer service it’s important to put on a good face, especially for new clientele.
