A buyer had a pre approval through this company. Put a offer on our home Feb 8th with a closing date of March 10th. We were then told the day of closing the client had a small hiccup usually resolved in one to two weeks. Then two weeks came. Getting very little information and lots of confusion we were then told he had back taxes for two years to pay and we were on IRS time. it is the middle of April and we never closed.
