If I could give get zero stars I would. Horrible experience. She shouldn't be working at a children's hospital at all. My son is 4 and autistic. Music helps to calm him when disregulated or in unfamiliar situations. She walks in and tells us "turn the music off i need to concentrate." I said he is autistic it helps to calm him. She said she has an autisic child. So either she doesn't care about what makes them comfortable or has zero understanding of autism because you don't take away their comfort items.
